No, we do not currently ship international orders. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Bulk order purchases have a processing time of 5-6 weeks. This not include weekends. Once the order is complete we will drop the order off to mail carrier. We utilize UPS ground shipping and delivery details will be provided to the email used when the order was made.

We cannot guarantee the shipping time with the mail carrier. We do not take responsibility for late arrivals, delayed shipments, additional shipping fees, or returned packages.

We will try our best to work with you and the carrier as they investigate the lost package.

Product Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We highly encourage sampling our products to see if they are the right fit for your needs.

During shipment unforeseen events happen. Please contact us at novashairceo@novahsformulations.com within 5 business days of delivery so that the issue can be resolved.

We will happily provide a refund or a replacement based on your request.

  • Please provide name, photos of the damaged product, order number, and description.
  • Refunds can only be issued based on the original payment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed 5-6 weeks after payment is rendered on the site. This processing time DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.

Shipping times and processing times are different.

Orders are processed as soon as possible. Send an email to novahshairceo@novahsformulations.com to cancel the order within 24 hours. After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled.

We process sample orders within 5-8 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays.

Please email us within 24 hours to request a change of address. The sooner we can receive this information the better we can ensure you receive your order.

Yes, in order to purchase more than 160 units you must fill out the contact us section on the website.

No, Minimums quotes are per SKU or per variant.

Research & Development cost are apart of our
Custom Formulation capabilities. We do not offer extra R&D for our stock
formulas as these formulas have already been tested and stabilized to work.

Your confidentiality is very important to us. We keep the Private in Private
Labeling!

At this moment we do not offer full packaging services. However, we do supply you with your jar and bottle label size located on the brochure so you can create your own labels.

No, we do not offer label services or label packaging .

No. We do not use the rights of anyone's formula. We encourage the use of
our Custom Formulation option or a scheduled consultation to go over the

No, there is no fee. The base formula section is designed to give you the option to add additional ingredients to the product. We do not add it for you. These bulk base products are only offered in gallon sizes.

We do not assist in the development or creation of marketing and sales
materials.  We do, however, have many established relationships with
vendors and can point you in the right direction.
