Refunds
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges. We highly encourage sampling our products to see if they are the right fit for your needs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. During shipment, unforeseen events happen. Please contact us at novashairceo@novahsformulations.com within 72 hours of delivery so that the issue can be resolved. We will evaluate the issue and submit the claim on your behalf. Please allow 7-10 business days for complete review.
- Please provide name, photos of the damaged product, order number, and description.
- Refunds can only be issued based on the original payment.
- If you have a number of units damaged in shipment a claim will still need to be filed with UPS or USPS.
We will happily provide a refund or a replacement based on your request once the claim has been resolved.
Refunds from Damages
We will notify you once we’ve received your email of damaged goods, and submitted the claim for payment. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
